This home provides specialized care for twelve men with a high need for physical assistance and supervision due to developmental disability, cognitive impairment, physical disability, or age-related disability. Care provided includes hands-on assistance with transferring, OT programs, bathing, diapering, feeding, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Medical needs such as bed sores, catheters, colostomies, and insulin are provided for. Assistive devices such as a hoyer lift and shower chair available.

Home Manager
Jessica has been part of the Cretsinger Care Homes family since she was 18 years old! She started as a third shifter and rotated through all of the shifts before accepting the Home Manager position. Jessica has always been our "go to" person for anything we need to know about the residents and has relevant guidance for planning meetings. Jessica has an amazing attendance record, a wealth of knowledge, a strong moral compass, and a compassionate personality. As a long-term employee, Jessica is well-known and well-liked by case managers, family members, guardians, doctors, and other support professionals. She has long been an asset to our team at Country Place, and we are fortunate to have her as an integral part of our management team!
