This home provides specialized care for twelve men with a high need for physical assistance and supervision due to developmental disability, cognitive impairment, physical disability, or age-related disability. Care provided includes hands-on assistance with transferring, OT programs, bathing, diapering, feeding, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Medical needs such as bed sores, catheters, colostomies, and insulin are provided for. Assistive devices such as a hoyer lift and shower chair available.

Jessica has been part of the Cretsinger Care Homes family for close to 15 years. She has been our "go to" person for anything we need to know about the residents and has often been asked to join planning meetings and provide input. Jessica has an amazing attendance record, a wealth of knowledge, a strong moral compass, and a compassionate personality. As a long-term employee, Jessica is well-known and well-liked by case managers, family members, guardians, doctors, and other support professionals. She has long been an asset to our team at Country Place, but we are excited to have her as an integral part of our management team!
