Pennfield Premier Living North and South share the same address but are two separate buildings and are licensed separately and operated independently.
This home provides specialized care for 12 men and women with high need for physical or emotional assistance and/or supervision due to developmental disability, cognitive impairment, and/or physical disability. Care provided includes hands-on assistance with transferring, bathing, diapering, feeding, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Medical needs such as bed sores, catheters, colostomies, and insulin are provided for. Assistive devices such as hoyer lift and shower chair available.

Joanna Tapia
Home Manager
Joanna originally started her journey with us in 2018. She has always stood out as compassionate, attentive, calm, and reliable. For many years, Joanna filled the role of assistant manager, often taking over responsibilities when the manager was off. In November of 2025, she accepted the role of Home Manager, and has been making an impact ever since! Joanna is efficient and is an excellent communicator. She has always been a strong advocate for the residents and puts their needs first. We are so excited to have Joanna leading Pennfield Premier Living North.
