Pennfield Premier Living offers support services for 30 older adults. Specially designed with room on-site for doctors, dentists or other specialists to visit their patients who prefer not to travel out in the cold or expose themselves to germs in a doctor's waiting room! Care support for all levels of need, including transferring and bathing.

The exits from both buildings open onto an enclosed patio. With a coded gate, residents at risk of wandering can safely enjoy time outdoors. There's also plenty of room for a game of bean bag toss!
Tracy Frey, CCH Executive Director
Pennfield Premier Living Home Manager
Tracy has been with Cretsinger Care Homes since 2004. Being new to the field, she began her journey with us as a grocery shopper. It soon became clear that Tracy had found her calling - both as a caregiver and as a supervisor. After many years as a direct care provider, Tracy moved into the position of Home Manager. Over the years, she has managed both Cretsinger Country Place and Cretsinger East, both individually and at the same time. Tracy oversees all aspects of running Pennfield Premier Living, including resident well being and staff management. As Executive Director, Tracy continues her leadership role for Cretsinger East and Cretsinger Country Place serving as a mentor and quality assurance supervisor. Tracy is also a certified Health and Safety Instructor through the American Red Cross. Tracy is well liked and highly respected by all colleages who work with her. She is a true asset to Cretsinger Care Homes and we are pleased to have her lead our homes.
Kyria S - Medication Manager
Kyria has been with Cretsinger Care Homes since 2015. She began as a direct care provider and soon moved into an Assistant Manager position. Kyria is energetic, compassionate and responsive to the needs of those around her. As an Assistant Manager she was always willing to take on new responsibilities and learn new things. In September of 2017, we were thrilled to offer her the newly created position of Medication Manager. This role turns her focus to the medical needs of our residents, including scheduling and follow through on medical concerns, ordering and stocking medications and training our med techs. Kyria is a great asset to our management team and we are proud to have her representing us.
Jodee Hicks - Assistant Manager
Part of our team since January of 2016, Jodee has won the hearts of all of our residents. She is soft spoken and attentive, taking the time to really know each person and connect with them. Jodee has spent time as both a second and third shift assistant manager before moving to first shift in December of 2019. Her duties will be all encompassing when filling this role. Some days she will be passing meds and solely providing resident care. But her management duties will have her attending person centered plans, working with placement agencies and helping coordinate the many tasks that need to happen on a daily basis. We are excited that Jodee has taken on this challenge and will continue to benefit our Pennfield Premier Living family.
Jordyn Akers - Assistant Manager
Jackie Swift - Kitchen Manager
Jackie joined us in 2015. She has performed multiple roles before settling in as the kitchen manager. This is a diverse position that requires planning, ordering and shopping, as well as staff management and extensive knowledge or each resident's dietary requirements. All the staff from the kitchen also need to step in to assist with direct care when needed. Jackie has a magic touch when interacting with our residents and is a great leader for our other employees. She is a natural "helper" and is always the first to step in when something needs to be done.
