Pennfield Premier Living North and South share the same address but are two separate buildings and are licensed separately and operated independently.
This home provides specialized care for 12 men and women with high need for physical or emotional assistance and/or supervision due to developmental disability, cognitive impairment, and/or physical disability. Care provided includes hands-on assistance with transferring, bathing, diapering, feeding, dressing, and other activities of daily living. Medical needs such as bed sores, catheters, colostomies, and insulin are provided for. Assistive devices such as hoyer lift and shower chair available.

Brittany Ferguson
Home Manager
Brittany originally worked with Cretsinger Care Homes from 2009 to 2012 as a care provider and assistant manager. After exploring other career options, Brittany found her way back to caregiving in the fall of 2021 when she became the Home Manager at Pennfield Premier Living North. She is responsible for all aspects of staff management and oversight of resident care. Brittany earns the respect of her team by being honest, fair, available, and willing to perform any role. She always has a positive attitude and takes initiative to gain new knowledge. Brittany is an advocate for the residents and staff, and we are fortunate that she is leading the team at Pennfield Premier Living North.
